Terms and Conditions for The Beautiful Room Giveaway

1. General Overview
By entering The Beautiful Room giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Participants must meet all eligibility requirements as detailed below. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of South African courts, though these terms are intended to be globally compliant.

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to all participants aged 18 and over who are residents of South Africa. Employees of The Beautiful Room, NAD, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the company are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on 13 September 2024 and ends on 10 October 2024 at 19:00 PM. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. Entry Requirements
To qualify for the giveaway:

• Comment "Beautiful" on the giveaway post.
• Follow both @the_beautiful_room and @newman_architecture_design on Instagram.
• Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story.
• Tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to subscribe to The Beautiful Room's newsletter and marketing communications. You can opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.

5. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be announced on 11 October 2024 via our Instagram Story and contacted through Instagram Direct Message (DM). The decision of The Beautiful Room regarding the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize
The winner will receive a Side Table from The Beautiful Room. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available. The Beautiful Room reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any taxes, duties, or other fees associated with accepting the prize, as required by their local laws.

7. Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond to the winning notification within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner will be selected.

8. Data Protection
By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for marketing purposes. Personal data collected during the giveaway will be handled in compliance with local and international privacy laws, including but not limited to POPIA (South Africa), GDPR (Europe), and other applicable data protection regulations. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your express consent, except as necessary to administer the giveaway.

9. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Beautiful Room and NAD reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these rules or who is found to be tampering with the entry process.

10. Liability
The Beautiful Room and NAD are not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other problems that may affect participation in the giveaway. The Beautiful Room shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

11. Privacy
Any personal data collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent.

12. Changes and Termination
The Beautiful Room reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time, without prior notice, if deemed necessary for legal or technical reasons.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa. However, they are intended to comply with international regulations and guidelines where applicable.
